Are electric hook-ups available in the camping field?Unfortunately there are no electric hook-ups available for campers in our camping field.
Can I bring my campervan?You can bring your campervan to Teifi Tour, however there is no access to the camping field for campervans so they will need to be parked in the main car park.
Is there Camping?Camping is included in your ticket price and this is in the field where the main marquee is. Amenities are limited to basic toilet facilities in the camping field. Don’t fancy camping? There are several Bed & Breakfast options in Llandysul to choose from.
Food & Drink
Is there a bar?Yes! We have a fully stocked bar available in the party tent on Friday and Saturday nights with very student-friendly prices and some great deals throughout both evenings.
Do we get any food?A hot evening meal on Saturday evening is included in your ticket price. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements when booking your ticket.
What happens when we arrive?Once you've arrived at Llandysul Paddlers Canoe Centre on Friday evening you'll be greeted by stewards and given instructions on where to park and set up camp, and then you'll be given directions to the registration tent which is by the main marquee. The registration tent will be open from 5:00pm and you'll be able to check-in and receive your wristbands.
Where do we park?Please park in the Llandysul Paddlers Canoe Club car park. The entrance is signposted and there will be stewards to help when you arrive.

What is the nearest train station?The nearest train station to Llandysul is Carmarthen (Carmarthen Railway Station, Station Road, Carmarthen SA31 2BE).
How can I buy tickets for my group/club?You can either buy tickets from our ticketing page which allows you to pay by PayPal or credit/debit card, or if you'd prefer to pay via bank transfer please just drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll sort you out. We'll need to know the name of your group/club, names of all attendees and any dietary requirements when you book.
Can I buy tickets on the door?In previous years we have had a few tickets available to buy on the door, however we do have a limited number of tickets available and once we sell out no more tickets will be available. Therefore, unfortunately we can't guarantee you'll be able to buy tickets on the door and would recommend buying in advance if you'd like to come along!
Can I get a refund?It is not our policy to give refunds on tickets, however please email email@example.com and we'll see what we can do. A refund fee may apply to any refunds given.
Where do I get my t-shirt from?If you've ordered an event t-shirt, you'll be able to collect it when you check in on Friday night.
How much are tickets?This year tickets are £32.50 each. This includes, river safety & shuttle buses on Saturday and Sunday, access to the bar and party tent on Friday and Saturday night, Saturday evening meal and camping for the weekend. For £40 you can also purchase a ticket including a Teifi Tour 2019 limited edition t shirt.
Do you offer a group discount?Unfortunately we are no longer offering a group discount, this is because we have reduced the ticket price so everyone gets a good deal!
Can under-18s buy a ticket?We welcome under-18s to come and paddle for the weekend and in the party marquee until 9pm. IDs will be checked at registration and under-18s will be issued a separate wristband.
I’ve not received an email with my ticketDon’t panic! This does occasionally happen and we are happy to resend your e-ticket. Just drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org from the email account you used to buy your ticket and we’ll sort it out.
